About UsThis year is the 28th anniversary of the Apple Cider Festival in Lordstown, Ohio. The apple cider festival is an annual celebration where apples are crushed on site, and turned into apple cider. The Lordstown Lions Club uses the machine pictured to the left and once processed, will be warm apple cider. The apple cider festival holds a car show, fireworks, craft show, spaghetti dinner, pancake breakfast, trunk sale, beauty pageant, bingo, rides for the children, concession stands, games, and many other attractions. Parking is and always has been free for the festival hosted at the school parking lot.

The apple cider committee consists of the President Mr. Tom Dietz, Vice President Mr. Mike Sullivan, Secretary Mrs. Sharyn Dietz, and Treasurer Mrs. Ruth West. There are multiple committees within the apple cider festival committee. We have a brochure committee, a concessions committee, craft show committee, a 5k race committee, Pageant committee, the flower show committee, maintenance / sanitation committee, security committee, car show committee, quilt show committee, parade committee, electric committee, rides committee, advertising committee, and a fireworks committee.
